A few weeks ago, I found myself struggling to think about any of the possible reasons for starting a detox program. At first, I was doing all of the traditional detoxing routines like keeping liquids down and staying away from caffeine-based products. However, as the week progressed, I noticed that I wasn’t experiencing the desired results so I started looking into the samui yoga retreat.

In fact, I was not feeling like myself at all, not even the usual ‘stuffy headache’ I associate with detox programs. What was going on? What was missing?

As it turns out, I was just not getting enough benefits from my Yoga retreat in Thailand. In fact, I discovered something that surprised me in particular: detoxing works great when it is done in conjunction with other factors in the right way. For example, a detox program should be done prior to Yoga class and group meditation sessions.

The first thing I noticed is that the Yoga retreat and the Detox program were complimentary for each other. If I could have done the program first and then detox, it would have been that much easier. Also, it would have increased my chances of detox success. These are things that I am less concerned about as a Detox Coach, but is something to keep in mind if you do not have someone overseeing your program.

Detox

The second thing I observed is that a Yoga retreat in Thailand and the Detox program helped me get my focus back. I thought that the stress and anxiety of the detox process were taking over my mind and making me feel uneasy. By the time I left Thailand, however, my mind felt clearer, more focused, and more confident.

By now you probably know that a detox involves Bio Impedance Analysis (BIA) and a Vataic Detoxification Technique (VDT) session, both of which can be utilized together. The purpose of the BIAis to clear the toxins from the body using body methods like Thai Massage and Breathing. The VDT has been scientifically proven to help the body rid itself of the toxic chemicals.

The third thing I noticed is that the Yoga retreat and the Detox program were complimentary for each other. If I could have done the program first and then detox, it would have been that much easier. Also, it would have increased my chances of detox success.

It is these three things that I believe will enable a person to experience the perfect combo of a holistic detox program in a natural setting. Once you understand the three elements, you can start developing your own plan for your own Detox success.
